Terms of Service

SparkSync is operated by JayX Corp. These terms cover your use of SparkSync to prepare labels, organize sales and connect business records with external services. Contact jason@jayxcorp.com with questions.

Your account and team

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You must be authorized to access each business, facility and external account you connect. Owners manage their businesses, facilities, employees and permissions. Employees may use the functions their owner permits. Access to one business does not grant access to another.

Connected services

Metrc and QuickBooks Online are separate services with their own accounts, permissions, availability and terms. Connecting an account authorizes SparkSync to access its records for the functions you request. SparkSync uses QuickBooks OAuth authorization; do not send us your QuickBooks password.

Owners can disconnect QuickBooks in Owner settings → Facilities → QuickBooks, or revoke access in QuickBooks. Disconnection stops access to that company. It does not delete an invoice already created in QuickBooks or your saved SparkSync work.

Review your work

Review package details, label content, prices, quantities, customers and tax treatment before creating or using an output. You remain responsible for your licensing, labeling, recordkeeping and tax obligations. SparkSync does not determine whether an activity is lawful or provide legal or tax advice.

Downloading a CSV does not register a transfer in Metrc. Creating an invoice in SparkSync does not email it or collect payment. QuickBooks remains the source for the official invoice and current balance. An output record is not proof of printing, delivery or payment.

Support and account access

Authorized SparkSync site administration may access an account to provide support, troubleshoot or test its operation. Actions performed while viewing another account are attributed to the administrator. Owners can view their business activity records. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use SparkSync only for activities you are authorized to perform. Do not bypass permissions, access another business’s records without authorization, misuse credentials, interfere with the service or upload unlawful content. We may restrict access to address misuse or protect customers and the service.

Charges and service changes

Any subscription charges require a separate agreement. These terms do not authorize automatic billing. Features and third-party services may change or become temporarily unavailable. We will communicate material changes to these terms before they take effect.

Closing an account

Contact jason@jayxcorp.com for account closure, export or deletion requests. An owner should arrange a replacement owner before leaving a business that other users still need. We verify requests and handle retained records as described in the Privacy Policy.
