SPARKSYNC · JAYX CORP
Privacy Policy
Version: September 23, 2026
JayX Corp operates SparkSync. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and connected facility tools. Contact jason@jayxcorp.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we use
- Account email, name, authentication records, business and facility membership, and assigned permissions.
- Connected Metrc facility identity and the package, testing and transfer records needed for your requested labels and sales workflows.
- Encrypted credentials and authorization tokens needed to access services you connect.
- QuickBooks company details, customers, items, accounts, tax references and invoices needed for your requested accounting functions.
- Saved sale drafts, reviewed package and price snapshots, export snapshots, invoice identifiers and the most recently retrieved invoice totals and balances.
- Activity records identifying the acting user, business, facility, action, time and output count, and technical request information used for troubleshooting and security.
- Information you include in a support request.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, enforce permissions, provide requested tools, resume shared facility work, avoid duplicate invoice requests, display activity to owners and provide support. Shared work belongs to the facility’s workspace; it is not copied into separate storage for each employee.
Connected QuickBooks data is used to provide the requesting customer’s functions. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generative AI models.
Who can access it
Business owners and assigned employees access records according to their permissions. Authorized SparkSync site administration may access accounts for support, troubleshooting and testing. Actions performed while viewing another account are attributed to the administrator.
Our service providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Resend for transactional email. Connected Metrc and Intuit/QuickBooks services receive the requests needed to perform the functions you choose. Providers process information necessary for their services. Support messages are handled through our business email service. Provider processing may occur in countries other than your own.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or others from misuse or harm.
Cookies
SparkSync uses essential cookies to maintain sign-in, remember the selected business and facility, and protect connection workflows. Blocking these cookies can prevent the tools from working. SparkSync does not currently use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels.
Retention and deletion
Saved work and account records remain available while needed to provide the service. Signing out or disconnecting a service does not delete saved sales, activity records or invoices. There is currently no automatic expiry date for saved sale drafts.
You can request export, correction or deletion by contacting us. We verify your identity and authority over the affected business, identify the records involved and explain any records that need to remain for shared business access, security, resolving disputes or legal requirements. Requests are handled manually. Deletion from active systems does not immediately remove copies from provider backups, which follow the provider’s backup lifecycle. Records held directly by Metrc or Intuit are subject to those providers’ controls.
Security
SparkSync uses access controls, encrypted connections and encrypted storage for integration credentials. Our hosting and database providers protect stored data with encryption at rest. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords or API keys in support email.
Your choices and updates
Owners control employee access and choose which facilities and external accounts to connect. Owners can disconnect QuickBooks in SparkSync’s Owner settings → Facilities → QuickBooks or revoke access in QuickBooks. Contact us to exercise privacy rights available under applicable law. We will update this policy when practices change and communicate material changes as appropriate.
